The President today announced the appointment of two persons as members of the Committee for Purchase from the Blind and Other Severely Handicapped. They are:
ROBERT B. HEINEMANN, Deputy Director for Operations in the Office of Administrative Services and Procurement at the Commerce Department;
DIANE S. ROUPE, vice president for public affairs of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Greater New York and a director of National Industries for the Severely Handicapped.
