National Advisory Council on Indian Education Appointment of John C. Rouillard as a Member.

The President today announced the appointment of John C. Rouillard, of La Mesa, Calif., to be a member of the National Advisory Council on Indian Education for a term expiring September 29, 1981.
Rouillard is chairman of the department of American Indian studies at San Diego State University. He is a member of the Santee Sioux and a former high school teacher.
