Advisory Committee on Federal Pay Appointment of Eva Robins as a Member.

The President today announced the appointment of Eva Robins, of New York City, as a member of the Advisory Committee on Federal Pay.

Robins is an arbitrator and mediator in labor disputes in the private and public sectors. She is president of the National Academy of Arbitrators. She is a former deputy chairman and executive director of New York City's Office of Collective Bargaining.
