On Wednesday, March 15, Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff will travel to Austin, Texas to participate in the 2023 South by Southwest festival. The Second Gentleman will serve as a featured speaker. He will participate in a discussion on gender equity and will highlight the Biden-Harris Administration's efforts to advance women's rights in the United States and around the world.
