Advisory: Vice President Biden, Dr. Jill Biden to Travel to Germany, France and the United Kingdom

Washington, DC – In early February, the Vice President and Dr. Jill Biden will travel to Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. In Germany, the Vice President will meet with Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin and deliver remarks at the Munich Security Conference, which he addressed in 2009 at the outset of the Administration's first term. In Paris, the Vice President will meet with President François Hollande and members of the French government. In London, the Vice President will meet with Prime Minister David Cameron, Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg, and other members of the Cabinet. At all stops, the Vice President will discuss with key leaders a full range of bilateral, regional and global issues. Additional details about the Vice President's trip are forthcoming.
