WASHINGTON, DC—On Wednesday, February 18th and Thursday, February 19th, Vice President Biden will travel to Charleston, South Carolina; Columbia, South Carolina; and Charlotte, North Carolina to participate in events with Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx.
