THE PRESIDENT. It looks better, but I can't predict success.
Q. Well, but are you going to be able to sign an international agreement that will satisfy them before the 20th?
THE PRESIDENT. That depends on them. We've made them a reasonable proposition.
Q. Have you heard from Warren Christopher today?
THE PRESIDENT. Yes.
