To the Congress of the United States:
In accordance with the Impoundment Control Act of 1974, I herewith report four new deferrals of budget authority totalling $204.5 million. These items involve economic support fund assistance for Egypt, the White House Conference on Aging, the National Alcohol Fuels Commission, and the National Commission on the International Year of the Child.
The details of the deferrals are contained in the attached reports.
