Iowa State Representative Barb Kniff McCulla endorsed DeSantis after 99-county tour

Des Moines, IA - After fulfilling his promise and completing his 99-county tour across Iowa, Ron DeSantis earned an endorsement from Iowa State Representative Barb Kniff McCulla of Pella. DeSantis has now been endorsed by 42 state legislators in Iowa, far more than any candidate in the race.

Kniff McCulla announced her endorsement in a new video in which she emphasized DeSantis' ability to serve two terms as president. She taped her announcement following DeSantis' 99th County Rally in Jasper on Saturday.

"I am very excited to endorse Governor Ron DeSantis for President of the United States, as the 42nd Iowa legislator to endorse," said Iowa State Representative Barb Kniff McCulla. "We need to have a president that can serve two terms, and Ron DeSantis is that person."

Kniff McCulla also spoke with KCCI at DeSantis' 99th County Rally in Jasper over the weekend alongside Governor Kim Reynolds, further articulating her support for DeSantis. Watch the interview HERE.
