District of Columbia Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure Appointment of Vincent H. Cohen as a Member.

The President today announced the appointment of Vincent H. Cohen, of Washington, D.C., as a member of the District of Columbia Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure. He replaces Henry Berliner, Jr., resigned.

Cohen, 43, has been with the Washington firm of Hogan & Hartson since 1969 and has been a partner since 1972. He is on the board of trustees of the Public Defender Service and the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. He is a member of the Justinian Law Society and the National Conference of Black Lawyers.
