Executive Order 11792—Abolishing the Advisory Council on Intergovernmental Personnel Policy

By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 102 (a) of the Intergovernmental Personnel Act of 1970 (84 Stat. 1910), and as President of the United States, effective July 20, 1974 the Advisory Council on Intergovernmental Personnel Policy is abolished and Executive Order No. 11607 of July 19, 1971, is revoked.
