Executive Order 11889—Amending Executive Order No. 11832 of January 9, 1975, to Extend the Existence of the National Commission On the Observance of International Women's Year, 1975
By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the statutes of the United States of America, including Section 204 of the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1975 (P.L. 93-554, 88 Stat. 1784) and the State Department appropriations act for 1976 (P.L. 94-121), and as President of the United States of America, Section 2(h) of Executive Order No. 11832 of January 9, 1975, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"The Commission shall, to the extent funds are available, continue its work through June 30, 1976, and shall submit a final report on its activities to the President within thirty days thereafter, at which time the Commission shall terminate.".
