Executive Order 12051—Waiver under the Trade Act of 1974 with respect to the Hungarian People's Republic

By virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States of America by Section 402(c)(2) of the Trade Act of 1974 (88 Stat. 2057, 19 U.S.C. 2432(c)(2)), which continues to apply to the Hungarian People's Republic pursuant to Section 402(d), and having made the report to the Congress required by Section 402(c)(2), I waive the application of subsections (a) and (b) of Section 402 of said Act with respect to the Hungarian People's Republic.
