Executive Order 1465—Reserving Land in Utah for School, Agency, and Other Uses for Benefit of Indians

January 17, 1912

It is hereby ordered that the SW. 1/4 of the NE. 1/4 and the NW. 1/ 4 of the SE. 1/4 of sec. 11, T. 5 S., R. 8 W., Salt Lake meridian, in the county of Tooele, State of Utah, be, and the same hereby are, reserved from settlement, entry, sale, or other disposal and set aside for school, agency, and other necessary uses for the benefit of Indians on the public domain in the State of Utah, subject, however, to any valid existing rights of any persons thereto.
