Executive Order 5021—Making Edward V. Sheely Eligible for Nomination Without Examination

The Executive Order of June 22, 1928, amending previous executive orders requiring candidates for presidential postmasterships to pass a civil service examination, is hereby waived so as to permit the nomination of Dr. Edward V. Sheely as postmaster at Memphis, Tennessee, without examination.
