Executive Order 5034—Authorizing the Reinstatement of Arthur J. Dahn Without Regard to Civil Service Rules

Mr. Arthur J. Dahn may be reinstated as clerk in the Railway Mail Service without regard to the time limit on reinstatement under the civil service rules.
Mr. Dahn was seriously injured in line of duty in a railroad wreck May 29, 1918. As a result of this wreck he was incapacitated for service for several years.
This order is recommended by the Postmaster General. The Civil Service Commission concurs.
