Executive Order 5035—Abolishing Frenchville, Maine as a Customs Port of Entry

January 23, 1929

By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Act of Congress approved August 1, 1914, making appropriations for the sundry civil expenses of the Government for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1915, Frenchville is hereby abolished as a port of entry in Customs Collection District No. 1 (Maine and New Hampshire) with headquarters at Portland, Maine, effective thirty days from the date of this order.
