Executive Order 5041—Reserving Additional Lands in Utah for the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge
It appearing that certain lands in addition to those withdrawn by Executive Order of July 23, 1928, No. 4939, should be withdrawn for the classification contemplated, it is hereby ordered, under authority of the act of Congress approved June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (37 Stat. 497), and on the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture, that the public lands in T. 10 N., R. 2 W., S.L.M., Utah, be and they are hereby temporarily withdrawn from settlement, location, sale or entry, subject to the conditions, provisions and limitations of said acts, pending determination as to their suitability for use in connection with the establishment of the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge authorized by the act of April 23, 1928 (45 Stat. 448).
This order shall continue in full force and effect unless and until revoked by the President or by act of Congress.
