Executive Order 5046—Modification of Reservation of Certain Described Lands in California to Permit Approval of an Application for Right of Way for a Tramway for the Little River Redwood Company
The Executive order of October 28, 1925, withdrawing Lot 6 Sec. 6, Lots 1 and 2 Sec. 7, T. 7 N., R. 1 E., H.M., California, under the provisions of the act of Congress approved June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 847), as amended, is hereby modified to the extent of authorizing the Secretary of the Interior to approve the application by the Little River Redwood Company, for right of way for a tramway crossing certain lands covered by the said reserve.
