Executive Order 5049—Authorizing the Appointment of Anna M. Stack Without Regard to Civil Service Rules

Miss Anna M. Stack, of Northampton, Massachusetts, may be appointed to an appropriate position in the classified service, without regard to the Civil Service rules. This order is issued because of my personal knowledge of the qualifications of Miss Stack.
