Executive Order 5050—Authorizing the Appointment of Samuel H. Thompson Without Regard to Civil Service Rules

Mr. Samuel H. Thompson may be appointed to an appropriate position in or under the Indian Bureau without reference to the civil service rules.
Mr. Thompson has had long service in high grade supervisory positions outside the Government service.
