Executive Order 5061—Authorizing the Reinstatement of Clifford C. Marsh Without Regard to Civil Service Rules

Mr. Clifford C. Marsh may be reinstated as Assistant Postmaster at Yellowstone Park, Wyoming, without regard to the time limit fixed by the civil service rules.
Mr. Marsh was a classified employee from 1893 to 1914 and has been employed temporarily and satisfactorily during the past seven years at the post office.
The Department and the Civil Service Commission concur in this order.
