Executive Order 5162—Restoring Certain Reserved Lands Withdrawn for Airplane Landing Field, Wyoming
It is hereby ordered that Executive Order No. 3815, issued April 9, 1923, under authority of the act of June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 847) as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (37 Stat. 497) temporarily withdrawing the N½ SW¼ and SW¼ SW¼ Sec. 10, T. 19 N., R. 105 W., 6th P.M., Wyoming, containing 120 acres, from settlement, location, sale, or entry, and reserving the same for the use of the U. S. Post Office Department as a landing field for airplanes in connection with the operation and maintenance of the Transcontinental Air Mail Service, be and it is hereby revoked.
