Executive Order 5167—Authorizing the Appointment of Robert F. Kerkam Without Regard to Civil Service Rules

Mr. Robert F. Kerkam, chief yeoman, United States Naval Reserve, may be appointed to the position of stenographer and typist at $6.02 per diem, Naval Station, Cavite, Philippine Islands, to fill an existing vacancy, without regard to the civil service act or rules.
This order is issued upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Navy and the case is submitted by the Civil Service Commission without prejudice.
