Executive Order 5338—Employment of Lieut. Ewile K. Jett, Andrew D. Ring, and Eugene Cogley by the Federal Radio Commission
The three employees named herein may be retained in the service of the Federal Radio Commission without regard to the requirements of the civil service rules:
Ewile I. Jett, engineer, P-5, $4,600
Andrew D. Ring, engineer, P-5, $4,600
Eugene Cogley, radio expert, P-2, $2,600
This order shall be effective only during the employment of Lieutenant Jett and Messrs. Ring and Cogley under the Federal Radio Commission and shall automatically end with the termination of their service with that commission. It does not confer upon them any status for employment in any other part of the classified service.
