Pursuant to the authority conferred upon me by the act of Congress approved June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of Congress approved August 24, 1912 (37 Stat. 497), the Executive Order No. 4430 of April 23, 1926, is hereby modified to except from the withdrawal thereby made all lands which have been or may hereafter be selected by the State of Michigan under the provisions of the act of July 31, 1912 (37 Stat. 241).
