Executive Order 5450—Withdrawal of Public Lands for Radio Station

September 25, 1930

Alaska

Under authority of the act of Congress approved June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (37 Stat. 497), subject to valid existing rights and to prior existing withdrawals, it is hereby ordered that the following described lands in Alaska, be, and the same are hereby withdrawn from settlement, sale, location, entry, and all forms of appropriation, for use as a radio station for the Washington-Alaska Military Cable and Telegraph System:

SEWARD MERIDIAN

T. 13 N., R. 2 W., sec. 6, lot 1;

T. 14 N., R. 2 W., sec. 31, lot 4;

T. 13 N., R. 3 W., sec. 1, NE. ¼ NE. ¼, E. ½ NW. ¼ NE. ¼, E. ½ W. ½ NW. ¼ NE. ¼;
                             sec. 8, N.½.

This order shall continue in full force and effect unless and until revoked by the President or by act of Congress.
