Executive Order 5480—Withdrawal of Public Lands for Classification

Wyoming

Under authority of the act of Congress approved June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (37 Stat. 497), it is hereby ordered that the public lands in T. 41 N., R. 116 W., sixth principal meridian, Wyoming, not included within a national forest and not otherwise withdrawn, be, and the same are hereby, temporarily withdrawn for classification and in aid of legislation, subject to the conditions of the aforesaid acts and to prior valid claims initiated and maintained pursuant to law.

This order shall continue in full force and effect unless and until revoked by the President or by act of Congress.
