Under authority of the act of Congress approved June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (37 Stat. 497), it is hereby ordered that the following described lands in the State of Colorado be, and they are hereby, temporarily withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, or entry, subject to any prior valid existing claim initiated under the public land laws, and subject to the conditions of said acts, in aid of contemplated legislation making a grant of said described lands in the State of Colorado for the benefit of the Colorado School of Mines, such withdrawal to remain in full force and effect until the enactment of the contemplated legislation, or until revocation of the withdrawal by Executive order:
