Pursuant to the act of June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 847-848), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (37 Stat. 497), it is hereby ordered that the SW. ¼ NE. ¼, NW. ¼ SE. ¼, and S. ½ SE. ¼ sec. 9, T. 38 N., R. 78 W. of the sixth principal meridian, containing 160 acres, be, and the same is hereby, withdrawn subject to valid existing rights, for the use of the Navy Department in connection with Naval Petroleum Reserve No. 3.
This order shall continue in full force and effect unless and until revoked by the President or by act of Congress.
