Under the provisions of Section 22, of Executive Order No. 6166, dated June 10, 1933, issued pursuant to Section 16 of the Act of March 3, 1933 (Public No. 428, 47 Stat. 1517), the effective date of Section 18, of said Executive Order No. 6166, relating to co-operative vocational education and rehabilitation, payments for agricultural experiment stations, co-operative agricultural extension work, and endowment and maintenance of colleges for the benefit of agriculture and the mechanic arts, and the effective date for the abolishment of the Federal Employment Stabilization Board and the transfer of its records to the Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works, as provided in the last paragraph of Section 1 of said Executive Order, are hereby deferred until sixty days after the convening of the second session of the 73rd Congress.
