Executive Order 6301—Further Postponing Effective Date of Transfer of the District Court of the United States for the Panama Canal Zone to the Department of Justice

By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 16 of the act of March 3, 1933 (Public, No. 428, 47 Stat. 1517), and pursuant to the provision of section 22 of Executive Order No. 6166, dated June 10, 1933, the effective date of the transfer to the Department of Justice of the District Court of the United States for the Panama Canal Zone, which, by Executive Order No. 6243, dated August 5, 1933, was postponed to October 4, 1933, is hereby further postponed to November 4, 1933.
