In accordance with the terms of the Code of Fair Competition for the Bituminous Coal Industry as approved by Executive order of September 18, 1933, I hereby appoint Charles Brenton Barnes as the wholly impartial and disinterested Presidential member of the Bituminous Coal Labor Board for Division I, South, with headquarters at Cincinnati, Ohio.
