Executive Order 6612—Revocation of Executive Order of June 19, 1923, Establishing Certain Procedure Relative to Classification of Army Officers
By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 24b of the act of June 3, 1916 (ch. 134, 39 Stat. 166, 182), as amended by the act of June 4, 1920 (ch. 227, 41 Stat. 759, 773), Executive Order No. 3870, of June 19, 1923, establishing certain procedure relative to the classification of officers of the Army provided for in said section 24b of the act of June 3, 1916, as amended, is hereby revoked.
