Executive Order 6627—Modification of Executive Order of May 6, 1930, Withdrawing Public Lands, Nevada

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910 (ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497), Executive Order No. 5343, dated May 6, 1930, withdrawing public lands in Tps. 20 and 21 N., R. 53 E. of the Mount Diablo meridian, Nevada, from settlement, location, sale, or entry, pending resurvey under the act of March 3, 1909 (ch. 271, 35 Stat. 845), is hereby modified so as to permit the issuance of airport lease, Carson City 018197, to Eureka County, Nevada, under the act of May 24, 1928 (ch. 728, 45 Stat. 728), for the following-described public lands containing 600 acres:

Mount Diablo Meridian

T. 20 N., R. 53 E., sec. 28, E½NW¼, SW¼NW¼, SW¼;

sec. 29, E½.
