Executive Order 6972—Revocation in Part of Executive Order No. 2539, of February 26, 1917, Withdrawing Public Lands, Alaska
Executive Order No. 2539, of February 26, 1917, reserving certain lands for town-site purposes, and for other purposes in connection with the construction and operation of railroad lines under the authority of the act of March 12, 1914 (ch. 37, 38 Stat. 305), is hereby revoked as to the following-described portion of the land reserved by said order:
Fairbanks Meridian
T. 12 S., R. 8 W., sec. 1, lots 1 and 2, and S½NE¼, containing 159.96 acres.
