Executive Order 7121—Extending the National Labor Relations Board

July 31, 1935

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me under Title I of the National Industrial Recovery Act (48 Stat. 195), as amended and continued by Public Resolution 26, 74th Congress, approved June 14, 1935, and in order to effectuate the policy of the said Title, Executive Order No. 7074 of June 15, 1935, a amended by Executive Order No. 7090 of June 29, 1935, extending the existence of the National Labor Relations Board until August 1, 1935, is hereby further amended by substituting for the date "August 1, 1935" the date "September 1, 1935."
