
Executive Order 7132—Revocation in Part of Executive Order No. 5098, of April 23, 1929, Withdrawing Public Lands
WYOMING
By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910 (ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497), Executive Order No. 5098, dated April 23, 1929, withdrawing public lands in Wyoming pending a resurvey, is hereby revoked as to the following-described townships, this revocation to become effective upon the date of the official filing of the plats of resurvey of said townships:
Tps. 43 and 44 N., R. 88 W., sixth principal meridian, Wyoming.
