Executive Order 7175—Revocation in Part of Executive Order No. 4624, of April 1, 1927, Withdrawing Public Lands, Colorado
By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910 (ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497), Executive Order No. 4624, dated April 1, 1927, withdrawing, with other lands, public lands in Tps. 50 and 51 N., Rs. 2, 3, and 4 E. of the New Mexico principal meridian, Colorado, is hereby revoked as to said townships, this revocation to become effective upon the date of the official filing of the plats of resurvey of said townships.
