
Executive Order 7182—Amendment and Partial Revocation of Executive Order No 7098, of July 12, 1935, Amending Executive Order No. 6910, of November 26, 1934, Withdrawing Public Lands in Certain States
By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910 (ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497), and in order to effectuate the purposes of the act of June 8, 1926. (44 Stat. 708), It is ordered as follows:
1. Executive Order No. 7098, of July 12, 1935, amending Executive Order No. 6910, of November 26, 1934, withdrawing public lands in certain States, is hereby amended so as to make its provisions applicable to the following-described lands in the State of Nevada:
Mount Diablo Meridian
T. 4 S., R. 67 E., sec., 19, E½ NW¼, W½ NE¼, SE¼ NE¼, embracing 200.00 acres.
2. The said Executive Order No. 7098 is hereby revoked as to the following-described lands in the State of Nevada:
Mount Diablo Meridian
T. 4 S., R. 63 E., sec. 19, E½ NW¼, W½ NE¼, SE¼ NE¼, embracing 200.00 acres.
