Executive Order 7219—Modifying Executive Order No. 1919 ½, of April 21, 1914, and Setting Apart Certain Lands for Use as an Airport

ALASKA

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of March 12, 1914, ch. 37, 38 Stat. 305, and the act of June 25, 1910, ch. 421, 36 8tat. 847, as amended by the act of August 24, 1912, ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497, Executive Order No. 1919 ½, of April 21, 1914, withdrawing and reserving certain lands at the confluence of the Nenana and Tanana Rivers, Alaska, for townsite purposes, is hereby modified to the extent necessary to permit the use of the vacant portions of the following townsite lots as an airport to be constructed by the Alaska Road Commission, and such lands are hereby set apart for such use:

NENANA TOWNSITE

Blocks 30, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, and 44.

It is not intended by this order to release the above-described lands from the reservation made by the said Executive Order No. 1919 ½ for any purpose other than the use specified herein, and when the said lands are no longer needed for such use they shall be, and remain, subject to the provisions of that Executive order.
