Executive Order 7254—Excluding a Certain Tract of Land From Tongass National Forest and Restoring it to Entry

December 21, 1935

ALASKA

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 4, 1897, 30 Stat. 11, 36 (16 U.S.C., sec. 473), and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture, it is ordered that the following-described tract of land in Alaska, occupied as a homesite, be, and it is hereby, excluded from the Tongass National Forest and restored to entry under the applicable public-land laws:

COPPER RIVER MERIDIAN

T. 51 S., R. 68 E., sec. 6, NE¼SW¼SE¼SW¼, N½SE¼SW¼SE¼SW¼, fractional
                    NW¼SE¼SE¼SW¼, fractional N½SW¼SE¼SE¼SW¼, aggregating 5.30 acres.
