Executive Order 7599—Amendment of Executive Orders No. 6910 of November 26, 1934, as Amended, and No. 6964 of February 5, 1935, as Amended, Withdrawing Public Lands in Certain States
By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910, ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847, as amended by the act of August 24, 1912, ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497, it is ordered that Executive Orders No. 6910 of November 26, 1934, as amended, and No. 6964 of February 5, 1935, as amended, withdrawing public lands in certain States, be, and they are hereby, further amended by excluding from their operation all lands which are identified by survey made after the respective dates of the orders, and which upon the date of the acceptance of the survey thereof by the Commissioner of the General Land Office would otherwise become a part of the school-land grant of designated sections to any of the States mentioned in the said orders.
