Executive Order 7805—Correcting Description of Lands Contained in Executive Order No. 6897 of November 7, 1934

Whereas an error has been discovered in the description of the western longitudinal limitation contained in Executive Order No. 6897 of November 7, 1934, transferring to the control and jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Navy certain lands off the southern coast of California:

Now, Therefore, by virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910, ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847, as amended by the act of August 24, 1912, oh. 369, 37 Stat. 497, and as President of the United States, it is ordered that the description of the said western longitudinal limitation be, and it is hereby, corrected to read as follows: "118°36'30" W."
