WYOMING, ARIZONA AND CALIFORNIA
By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by section 1 of the act of June 25, 1910, c. 421, 36 Stat. 847, the Executive Orders of December 5, 1913, January 13, 1915, as modified by Interpretation No. 70 of June 16, 1928, and February 23, 1928, creating, respectively, Public Water Reserves Nos. 12, 24, and 114, are hereby revoked insofar as they pertain to or affect the following-described lands in Wyoming, Arizona, and California:
