Executive Order 8608—Authorizing the Appointment of Mary Elizabeth Huber to a Classified Position in the Franklin D. Roosevelt Library, Hyde Park, New York, Without Regard to the Civil Service Rules

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the provisions of paragraph Eighth of subdivision SECOND of section 2 of the Civil Service Act (22 Stat. 403, 404), it is hereby ordered that Mary Elizabeth Huber may be appointed to the classified position of under clerk-typist in the Franklin D. Roosevelt Library at Hyde Park, New York, without compliance with the requirements of the Civil Service Rules.
