By virtue of the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910, c. 421, 36 Stat. 847, it is ordered that the Executive Order of December 12, 1917, creating Power Site Reserve No. 659, be, and it is hereby, modified to the extent necessary to permit the County of Lane, Oregon, to construct a road over the N½NW¼, SE¼NW¼ , and NE¼SW¼, sec. 29, T. 19 S., R. 6 W., Willamette Meridian, Oregon, as shown on a map on file in the General Land Office, Department of the Interior, and bearing the title

on condition that the use of the road shall be discontinued without liability or expense to the United States or its licensees when found by the Secretary of the Interior to be in conflict with project works authorized by the United States.
