Executive Order 9099—Excluding Certain Lands From the Manistee National Forest

MICHIGAN
By virtue of the authority vested in me by the act of June 4, 1897, 30 Stat. 11, 36 (U.S.C., title 16, sec. 473), and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture, it is ordered that the following-described tract of land in Michigan be, and it is hereby, excluded from the Manistee National Forest:
Sections 2 and 3, and the east half of section 4, township 20 north, range 12 west of the Michigan Meridian.
