FLOTUS pool #1 - headed to Nevada

Motorcade left the RON at 9:16 am PT and arrived at Phoenix International Airport at 9:35 am.

FLOTUS boarded at 9:37 am.

FLOTUS is headed to Nevada for two political events and then will fly to Detroit to overnight there.

Executive One Foxtrot is wheels up shortly.

FLOTUS pool report #2 - Reno arrival

Executive One Foxtrot was wheels down Reno at 11:17 am.

Flight was uneventful. FLOTUS, wearing a white dress with a blue flower pattern and a blue blazer, deplaned at 11:32 am.

She didn't acknowledge a question on how she thinks the campaign is going.

Motorcade is rolling as of 11:35 am to the first political stop, which will take place in Carson City.

FLOTUS pool report #3 - Carson City event

Motorcade arrived at the Piazza Bar in Carson City at 12:08 pm. The restaurant is known for its Italian delicacies, per its website.

FLOTUS came in at 12:11 pm to cheers and applause. "Welcome to Carson City," one person shouted. There are about 120 people inside and they are campaign and party volunteers.

She was greeted by the owners Mark and Jenny Lopiccolo and then stepped out on the patio to chat with patrons. Pool was too far to make anything out.

She came back inside and made brief remarks.

"I just want to say thank you for coming out today."

"I really appreciate your commitment to Kamala and Tim."

"I really wanted to come and thank you."

"You know how close the race is. We're all watching. So every vote counts."

She then took photos with everyone. A line was formed around the restaurant and people came up to FLOTUS, handing their cell phones to Anthony Bernal, who took the photos.

FLOTUS was doing some small talk during the photo line but there was a lot of chatter in the restaurant so it was hard to hear. It was a mix of people who posed with her, several brought their babies and young children with them. Some people got hugs.

She spent a few minutes talking to a group of high school students, giving hugs and posing for a group and then individual pics. Their teacher was with them and said it was her high school government class that she had brought with her.

The kids were all dressed up and FLOTUS told them how nice they looked.

At 12:38 pm, motorcade is rolling back to Reno for the second political event.

FLOTUS pool report #4 - Reno event/departure to Detroit

Motorcade arrived at the National Automobile Museum in Reno at 1:12 pm.

The museum is filled with enough race cars, classic old cars and early model fire trucks to make President Joe Biden jealous.

FLOTUS is speaking outside the gift shop with an old red Mustang visible behind her. About 145 people are present, per the campaign.

Speaking ahead of her was Cathi Williams-Tuni, Chairwoman, Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe, who noted the tribe voted last week endorse Harris.

FLOTUS then addressed the crowd. She spoke about 15 minutes. Much of her speech was similar to her comments in Yuma on Friday night.

She talked about being a teacher.

"Serving as First Lady has been the honor of my life, but I also worked hard to build a career that I love. So I do both."

She also addressed the "lies" around Kamala Harris.

"Kamala is a tough, compassionate, decisive leader. That's the kind of President you deserve Nevada."

She repeated her criticisms of Donald Trump, saying he wants to give corporations "a tax cut so that they can make more money."

More: "Donald Trump's abortion bans have taken away the ability for women to make their own health care decisions. Our health, safety, and freedoms shouldn't hinge on the state you live in."

"As president Kamala Harris is going to fight for you."

"Donald Trump wakes up every morning thinking about one person and one person only: himself. Another Trump administration would lead to more chaos, more greed, more division. He wants to lower taxes for rich guys like him while costs go up for everyone else. Teachers, firefighters and nurses shouldn't have to pay a higher tax rate than CEOs."

She then urged the people of Nevada to vote.

"Remember, in 2020, we won Nevada by just a little over 33,000 votes, and we're going to do it again."

"Right now you can vote by mail or vote early in person, starting on October 19. So make a plan to vote early or return your ballot today, Nevada."

She worked the rope line for a few minutes after her speech. When she left the whole crowd waved goodbye to her.

At 1:53 pm motorcade rolled to the airport and arrived at 2 pm.

Executive One Foxtrot is wheels up shortly for Detroit, where FLOTUS will RON ahead of campaign events tomorrow.

FLOTUS pool report #5 - Detroit arrival

Executive One Foxtrot was wheels down Detroit at 9:10 pm ET in the pouring rain.

Motorcade rolled to the RON at 9:27 pm. Motorcade arrived at 9:53 pm.
