The President today announced the recess appointment of Richard W. Yarborough, of Austin, Tex., as a member of the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission of the United States for a 3-year term. He replaces Robert E. Lee, whose term has expired.
Yarborough, 47, was a Commissioner of the U.S. Indian Claims Commission from 1967 until the termination of the Commission last October.
